It all starts here on Thursday, June 9…

Emmanuel Tessier realized that Chef Cardon had manipulated him from the beginning to make him compete and be humiliated. Cardone’s goal: to leave the institute after beating Landiras and accept his job offer in London. But Teixie quickly reassures Antoine: he is not going to give up the post of director and fights not to catch up, but to win the election.

The second test should start in the amphitheater. Senior Cardon starts his speech and very persistently asks if anyone wants to leave the competition. Celia and Mehdi have a feeling that Annabelle’s words refer to Chef Teisser. Emmanuel’s money to keep his word as all the leaders are going to attend the event. When everyone is getting ready to go to the kitchen, Annabelle asks Tessier what happened in it and reminds them of the deal. But Emmanuel, always very arrogant, replies that he has no interest in the London school at all.

Zachary then confronts and provokes Tessier. He takes pleasure in the reminder of his previous defeat and tells his former mentor that he will destroy him again. But Emmanuel is not afraid and convinces Landiras that he intends to destroy her in front of everyone.

Before the test has already begun, Tessie decides to change the dessert at the last minute because she wants to honor Constance. He hopes that with this creation his wife will realize that he really loves her. Teixe shows her children her new recipe. Charlene and Theo discover that their father has good ideas. However, Theo points out to Emmanuel that his creation is very raw. It offers several adjustments, including the addition of a violet violet flavor. A scent that reminds him a lot of his mother’s perfume.

Later it was finally time for the final tasting. The jury will taste the creations of the chefs one by one. Landiras’s turn. He presents his dessert, “La ronde des passion”, the name of which makes Teisser laugh. Celia is in a panic, but Mehdi reassures her: they have done everything.

Emmanuel passed last. When students discover his creation, they think it’s very nice, but that does not mean the cake is good. This very special dessert Tessie called “Le Constance”, an energetic tribute to the woman she loves. After tasting all the desserts, the jury moves on to the review. A few minutes later, Chief Cardon announces that Teixeur and Landiras are equal.

To reveal the winner, Annabelle asks Constance to decide between the two men, as desserts are dedicated to her. Surprised he does not think he can do such a thing, but Zachary and Emmanuel agree that Constance has the last word. They trust him completely.

Then Constance tastes the two creatures. It only takes a few minutes to make a choice. He first recalls that his opinion is subjective and it is very difficult to make a decision between them. However, one of the desserts tempted him more: Tessie. At this statement Chef Cardone and Zachary are completely devastated.

Jasmine takes Axel to lunch at the Table des Rivières, where she says the dishes are incredible. Unfortunately, in the kitchen today alone, sola can not serve them because it was superfluous to leave it at the last moment when he had to prepare for the event. Unable to help him because of the courses at the institute, Jasmine offers Solal to take Axel as a clerk. Solal does not want to take it, but Jasmine eventually convinces him that Axel is the nephew of Chief Tessier and that he will help him for free.

Later, the atmosphere at the Table des Rivières is electric. Solali could not stand Axel having privileges at the institute on the pretext that he was the director’s nephew. Even if he knows he is lucky to be able to take courses at the institute, Axel wants to calm him down. They will take the same tests to try to integrate the school at the beginning of the next school year. Tired of hearing her story, Solali begs Axel to return to work.

As soon as the service starts and the customers come, Axel shows Solali his mussel dish. Solal immediately noticed that his officer had put white wine instead of lager in the recipe, as he had been asked. Suddenly there was a power outage in the restaurant. Two cooks can do nothing more. But Axel offers to reconsider the circuit breaker, he thinks he can restore power.

And indeed, after several manipulations, Axel managed to rectify the power failure. He explains to his boss one day that his knowledge stems from the fact that he is indeed a “son” but a son of a Mason and not a great elder. Eventually, Solali realizes that he has misjudged the apprentice cook and apologizes. And when he thinks of repeating the institute competition at the beginning of the school year, Axel offers to train together, which is what Solali gets.

Amber, Kelly, Tommy and Deva are in the kitchen, they continue to prepare for the end-of-year exams. In Teyssier’s office, Gio tries to find a list of ingredients for a freshman exam, but to no avail. It is necessary to order quickly to get everything on time. Laetia offers help in finding her. Kelly continues to review recipes at home, but she forgets the steps. Laetia calms down, passes the exams. To help him he begins to imitate a duck.
