In 2013, the world discovered, amazed, a huge shark Nanar Sharknado, directed by Anthony S. Ferrante. A surprise success on the SyFy channel, this first opus will create a 6-film saga! This year, Sharknado celebrates its 10th anniversary with great fanfare.
To mark the occasion, Asylum productions decided to release the film in theaters in the United States with enhanced special effects. You can see the result in the new trailer above, specially created for the occasion. There will be a theatrical release on August 15th and 16th only for American audiences who love Nanars!
Moreover, to promote this special event, Asylum is surfing on Barbie’s success. A film crew has unveiled a poster that hijacks Greta Gerwig’s film Summer Triumph, her billion dollar box office haul.

The 6th and final film in the franchise was released in August 2018. At the moment, Sharknado 7 is not ready. Since its debut in 2013, the saga has always been able to unite millions of viewers ahead of SyFy, the latter achieved the greatest success (3.9 million curious people behind its post).
