It’s impossible not to recognize this Bridgerton star on Amazon’s funniest series!

Good Omens Season 2 is finally here, and the balance between Heaven and Hell is fragile after their rivalry nearly ended the world in Season 1.

There are many familiar faces in this new season, of course David Tennant as the demon Rampa, Michael Sheen as the angel Aziraphale and Jon Hamm as the archangel Gabriel.

New faces are also joining the ranks, including Liz Carrey as Angel Saracael and Quellin Sepulveda as Angel Muriel, the 37th rank angel.

But there’s a third newcomer arriving this season 2. The face is logically familiar to fans of the series since we recently saw him in Season 2 of Bridgerton. I’ll let you try to guess with the photo below.

Here is Beelzebub!

Still not found? And yet, it’s British actress Shelley Cohn, completely unrecognizable as the demon Beelzebub. The cast also changed between seasons 1 and 2.

It was actually actress Anna Maxwell Martin who played the leader of the infernal forces in the first season of Good Omens. But still ? Shelley Cohn played Lady Mary Sharma, the mother of Kate and Edwina Sharma, who were central to the second season of Bridgerton.

But before that in Lady Mary Sharma

It’s hard to tell it’s the same person by looking at these two photos… The actor won’t be in Bridgerton season 3, which will focus on the couple Penelope Fetherington (Nicola Coughlan) and Colin Bridgerton (Luke Newton).

The actor spoke about the arrival of Good Omens on Prime Video ComicBook.com. He did not hesitate to pass through Bridgerton and the great artistic gap that lies in the transition from the regent’s noblewoman to the demon.

During the conversation, his co-star Liz Carr, who plays Angel Sarakael, expresses the transition to the opposing camp: “Just for a moment, wanting like an angel in white dressed very sensibly to have the joy of a demon in costumes and something on my face“- says the actor.

Don’t forget, though, that I spent the day before the day before in Bridgerton dressed remarkably modestly.Shelley Cohn cheerfully answers.Do you know what I mean? So I know how you feel. That means your demon is coming, I’m sure. I am very sure of that.”

It’s clear that Shelley Cohn was like an angel in Bridgerton and that she is surprising everyone with her transformation, but especially with her interpretation of the demon Beelzebub!

Good Omens Season 2 is currently available on Prime Video.
