• Diversity and Representativeness: Having diverse members with different backgrounds, cultures, genders and perspectives helps the board ensure an inclusive and enriching approach to decision-making.

Diversifying board members is also essential to expanding the university’s network of contacts, facilitating strategic partnerships, and gaining access to resources and business opportunities.

Dilma Campos, in addition to being a consultant at the Universidade São Judas, is an actress with experience in the main Brazilian agencies, as well as founder and CEO of the live marketing agency Outra Praia.
