Employment Map: See the cities that have created the most jobs in the country

Municipalities with activities directly or indirectly related to agri-food have shown better results

With the unemployment rate at its lowest level since 2014, some cities have excelled in creating new jobs. In localities with more than 50,000 inhabitants, four of the five municipalities that stood out this year for job creation achieved good results by presenting activities directly or indirectly linked to agri-food, the country’s great growth engine.

A survey conducted by the consultancy firm LCA shows that the cities of crystalline (GO), Venantius Aires (LOL), Canaã dos Carajás (SHOVEL), Santa Cruz do Sul (RS), e Paulist sheets (SP) are the five that created the most job vacancies in the first half of the year in relation to the number of inhabitants.
