The various seasons of American Horror Story have always exploited the fears of its viewers. After trypophobia – the fear of holes – in season 7, season 12 is, of course, talking to arachnophobes or not.
Titled Delicate, this new chapter reunites Emma Roberts — a terrific series regular — with Cara Delevingne and Kim Kardashian.
The one-minute teaser, released by FX Networks on Aug. 21, shows the three actors in a dark world where the world of motherhood meets witchcraft, with rituals involving giant spiders that control pregnant women. All are punctuated by a nursery rhyme.
Adapted from the novel delicate condition By Daniel Valentine, the story follows a famous actress who, after a miscarriage after IVF, is convinced she is still pregnant. The appearance of strange symptoms makes him wonder what is inside him.
American Horror Story: Delicate airs from September 21 on CANAL+. This new season will be split into two parts due to a cast strike that halted production. Filming did not start again today. The first part consists of five episodes.
