Ahead of its imminent return, Prime Video has released a trailer for The Wheel of Time Season 2, which appears to be based on its fantasy series, a pleasant surprise in 2021. The clip features Alvaro Morte, who is well known to La Casa fans. De Papel and who played the role of the professor, and the character Rand Al Thor played by Josh Stradowski.
The video shows Randy visiting Logain (Alvaro Morte) to learn how to control his growing power as a reincarnated dragon. And it is Randy who will be at the center of the second season.
“In this series, Rand Al Thor, a humble farm boy, learns that he is a dragon reborn, a dangerous figure in history destined to save the world… or destroy it. To protect the dragon from the darkness, an army of powerful wizards must confront his growing power and growing madness.“, we can read in the synopsis.

The Wheel of Time Season 2 consists of an ensemble led by Rosamund Pike, Daniel Haney, Sophie Okonedo, Kay Alexander, Madeleine Madden, Zoe Robbins, Michael McElhatton, Barney Harris, Marcus Rutherford, Yosha Stradovsky, Priyanka Bose, Taylor Napier, Emmanuelle Iman and many more. Next season will also feature new faces: Raga Ragnars, Jay Duffy, Maja Simonsen and Rima Te Wiata.
The Wheel of Time Season 2 will be available starting September 1 on Prime Video.
