Despite the strike by Hollywood writers and actors, the premiere of Aquaman: The Lost Kingdom will not change. The information was released by Warner Bros. this Thursday (24). The release date of the film is scheduled for December 25, 2023.
Like several other productions, the sequence starring Jason Momoa was in danger of being postponed due to the shutdowns imposed by the Actors (SAG-AFTRA) and Writers’ Union (WGA) of Hollywood. Under the rules of the strike, professionals are prevented from recording or promoting films and series until the deadlock is broken.
In addition to Aquaman: Kingdom Lost, Warner Bros. has confirmed it is holding release dates for Wonka and The Color Purple, which are also slated to premiere later this year, according to information from the Omelette. Dune: part 2however, it was postponed to March 2024 (click here to about the postponement).
