“Cod 02 22”: The Caixa application has instability this Tuesday

The Caixa application has been showing an error for some users since early morning

OR boxapp it has been troubling some users since early morning this tuesday (5).

From the Downdetector website, which analyzes the functioning of online services, it emerges that the reports of accidents began around 9:00 and reached a peak of almost 500 complaints around 9:50.

Most of the reports cite an error message “cod 02 22” during access. The term has had a sudden surge in searches, according to the Google Trends platform.

OR Byte Caixa has tried to find out if the institution confirms the technical problems but, until the publication of this note, has not received an answer.
