Michelle Yeoh meets the French actress in the horror trailer for Mystery in Venice

And three for Agatha Christie and Kenneth Branagh! The Irish filmmaker directed the third adaptation of the star of the crime novel. After Murder on the Orient Express (2017) and Death on the Nile (2022), here is Mystery in Venice, releasing its first images.

What will be the plot of the film? In post-war stricken Venice, on the eve of All Saints’ Day, a sinister mystery will bring Hercule Poirot back to center stage.

In self-imposed exile at the Serenissima, Poirot, now retired, reluctantly attends a séance at a disused and supposedly haunted palazzo. When one of the guests is killed, the famous detective finds himself in a sinister world full of shadows and secrets…

The film brings together a great international cast, including a French woman who has already distinguished herself in several foreign productions, both in cinema and in TV series: Camille Cotin!

After Stillwater with Matt Damon, House of Gucci with Adam Driver and Lady Gaga, or even after the Killing Eve series with Jodie Comer and Sandra Oh, Camille Cotin adds a new line to her international CV.

In this trailer we can recognize Camille Cotin and Michelle Yeoh around Kenneth Branagh (hence, in front of and behind the camera), Kelly Reilly (L’Auberge Espagnole, Yellowstone), or even Jamie Dornan (Fifty Shades of Grey, Belfast).
