Anais solves Tess’s secret

At the institute, students are divided over a photo circulating of Teissier and Anais kissing. While Carla is convinced it’s a real cliché, Bill raises the possibility that it’s a montage created using artificial intelligence. As for Ethan, he doesn’t want to talk about it anymore.

Meanwhile, a team of teachers gathers to find a solution. Antoine and Clotilde believe Teissier should keep a low profile and temporarily leave the Institute. But the latter refuses to leave his post. Mark also believes it would be counterproductive.

In the kitchen, Anais informs Lisandro of her upcoming job. The latter takes the opportunity to advise her ex to keep his distance from Teyssier. She thinks that the director is manipulating her, but she has no feelings for him. Anais is stunned. Despite insisting that he is not sleeping with Tessier, Lisandro continues to think otherwise. She orders him out of the kitchen.

Anais finds Tessier at the commissary. Both hope to find the person who created the photo. Mehdi is suspected and questioned directly. The young man says that he is not the author of the photo, but he really believes that they are having an affair.

While working for Double A, Anais is under pressure. Salome urges him to go out into the fresh air for five minutes. After leaving, Anais breaks down and reveals Teissier’s secret to her best friend, promising not to tell anyone. Because Teissier is risking his position as director.

At the commissary, Hortense asks Mehdi if he is behind the photo. He repeats that he is not the author. However, he admits that he is completely disappointed by his relationship with Tessier, which he felt was privileged. Hortense encourages her and assures her that she is an incredible pastry chef.

Tessier, on the other hand, returns to his office, where he meets Lysandro. The tone between the two men rises. Lisandro accuses Teyssier of manipulating Anais into his bed. The director of the institute replies that Lisandro himself slept with her when she was still his student. Enraged, Lisandro hits his head…

Lionel returned to the institute

While Judy and Enzo are cooking together in the atelier, Lionel shows up and tells them that he has abandoned the project with Chef Watton. The latter could not bear the fact that he always wanted to decide everything, despite him as a partner. His friends can’t believe it.

Lionel then goes to the management office to ask Antoine for a place in the graduate program. He reminds her that there is a whole registration process to join him. Especially since the master’s degree starts the next day. But Lionel thinks being valedictorian of 2023 opens all doors for him. However, Antoine agrees to find a solution. So Laetitia entrusts Lionel to fill out the registration form.

After which, Laetitia reveals to Antoine that the Master’s first speaker will ultimately be unable to deliver the first module after a misunderstanding with Rose. Antoine lets his anger explode, but Laetitia promises to find a way out.

Lionel, on the other hand, returns to the workshop to proudly announce to his classmates that he will join them the next day to begin his master’s degree. Judy and Enzo gently tease him and offer to lead the module, given their experience with Chef Watton. Lionel takes them literally.

Laetitia performs her first service

In Double A, Laetitia is in first grade. Lisandro wants to clarify: in this context they are no longer colleagues, but teacher and student. Although he knows her motivation, the butler waits for Laetitia in the corner. He advises her to follow his and Deva’s advice carefully.

During the service, the tablets on which the students take their orders are broken due to a computer error. Deva admits to Penelope and Letizia that she prefers to avoid the tables in order to take customer orders and send the dishes directly.

Penelope is confused because she does not remember the orders she received. Laetitia, on the other hand, has no problem remembering herself through the association of ideas. Deva and Penelope try out his technique and succeed, ensuring a smooth service.

At the end of the service, Lysandro comes to congratulate Laetitia, who has done an impeccable job for the novices. The young woman thanks him, then asks about the photo of Anais and Teissier that is floating around the institute. Lisandro says he doesn’t want to talk about it.
