Companies that follow the concept of life long learning and have projects to qualify professionals in their sectors
A concept widely applied in today’s companies is life long learning, which means “lifelong learning”. The term basically argues that it is never too late to learn and that the qualifications of professionals deserve to be highlighted.
Many companies have adopted the concept with the aim of developing their employees to ensure a better consumer experience. With this in mind, we have selected 5 companies that have professional training programs that positively add to the sectors in which they operate:
RouteEasy
RoutEasy is a log technology that uses artificial intelligence in delivery management, optimization and orchestration solutions. In 2022, the company launched Routing Academy, the first 100% online course focused on routing. The content is designed to train the logistics professional of the future, who needs to develop and keep up with the innovations of a market that has evolved so much in recent years.
The training already has 312 members, a rating of 4.9 in the class evaluation and a rating of 5 in the overall evaluation of the course. Additionally, the Routing Academy addressed innovative topics for the logistics industry such as route planning models, trends in same-day delivery and electric vehicle routing.
Functional health technology
Functional Health Tech is a company providing access and adherence programs and data-driven care in Brazil. With the aim of guaranteeing its importance and commitment to the protection and governance of its customers’ data, Functional is the first healthtech to obtain the certification for three consecutive years which strengthens the adequacy of the Health Analytics area to the General Law on Data Protection (LGPD).
Through gamification the company is able to train and carry out training for all employees, stimulating “competition” and rewarding those who stand out positively in the score obtained based on the subject.
“For us this concern in relation to IT security is a very important issue, not only technical, but training and awareness raising in all areas of the company, which deal with systems and people”, underlines Cristiane Giordano, CEO of Functional Health Tech.

PinoPR
PinePR is a PR agency specialized in serving scale-ups, technology and innovative companies and large traditional companies that want to be innovative, operating inside and outside Brazil. With a focus on promoting a welcoming and flexible working environment, the agency has invested in employees and professional qualifications.
Since 2021, the company has been promoting actions aimed at the professional and personal development of Piners, as the employees are affectionately called, through workshops, conferences, programs focused on leadership and the creation of PinePR University, an online environment rich in content and suggestions.
For Fabiana Ramos, CEO of PinePR, investing in employee growth is an integral part of the agency’s DNA. “We are sincerely concerned with building a space to encourage and develop employees and, therefore, provide constant training and development activities for our talent. We value teams and want to see more and more happy and growing people here, which is why we encourage new challenges and develop our career paths where every employee knows their next growth step.
Nstech
The open logistics platform Nstech constantly invests in the growth of its teams and managers. To this end, it has implemented Leader The Way, a leadership development program that promotes fortnightly meetings with the aim of encouraging the growth of leaders in a way connected to the main strategic needs of the business. The initiative has already impacted more than 200 leaders across the ecosystem.
Another example is the Yoda project, which was created with the aim of accelerating and encouraging the development of mentees in their areas of activity, focusing on the individual development of each employee. The one-year program assumes that each senior professional has the potential to accelerate the development of others at a lower level of seniority.
According to Sabrina Luko, head of talent management at Nstech, this strengthens the company’s positioning as a training brand. The idea is to get people to focus on their strengths and broaden the exchange of knowledge: “This project was designed to ensure that learning and evolution were part of the DNA of our teams. We strongly believe that the desire to learn is as important as experience”, explains the creator.
HOMEWORK inspires transformation in the world of work, in business, in society. Compasso, a content and connection agency, is born.
