The feature was recently implemented in the game and uses sound cues to help players with vision problems, as well as providing other options. The feature includes braking and acceleration warnings, similar to the red, yellow and green arrows used in racing games.

Additionally, a voice guides players to the next corners, providing details on the car’s position on the track. According to Saylor, there is a learning curve associated with these resources, but he believes that overall they provide invaluable help.

He also points out that the game’s various accessibility options can be customized to meet the player’s individual needs.

Turn 10 Studios worked with accessibility consultant Brandon Cole to develop the Blind Drive Assist mode, along with support from Steve Saylor.

Forza Motorsport arrives October 10th for PC and Xbox Series The game will be available at launch on Game Pass.
