It All Begins Here: What’s in store for Monday, October 2, 2023 Episode 764 [SPOILERS]

Kelly is lost when it comes to feelings

While having breakfast with her mother, Kelly is lost in thought. While Laetitia believes that things will eventually work out between Kelly and Lionel, a major stakeholder is concerned about the messages she is sending to Malik. The latter admits that he has been thinking about her all weekend and offers to meet at the end of the day to talk.

At the institute, Ambre finds Malik in the cafeteria. He tells her about his kiss with Kelly and especially confides in him how happy he is to finally find Ophel. Amber takes the hit, though, pointing out that Kelly is in a relationship with Lionel.

Meanwhile, Lionel wants to offer Kelly coffee, which she politely declines because she’s in a hurry. Seeing a desperate Lionel, Livio advises him to put his ego aside, go apologize, and propose something romantic to Kelly.

At the student house, Solal was there for Amber after learning about her suffering from her scar. He then tells her about Kelly and Malik’s kiss, as well as the misunderstanding between them that arose regarding Ophelia, considering that Kelly did not deny it. Solal once again pushes Ambre to tell Malik the truth.

At lunch, Lionel approaches Kelly to apologize and ask her out for the evening. Kelly agrees to the proposal, but prefers to postpone it, as she insists that she has something to do with Salome in the evening. Once Lionel leaves, Kelly joins Salome and Amber at their table to tell them about the kiss they shared with Malik. He’s going to tell her he doesn’t feel anything for her once they have a moment to talk.

At the seminar, Lionel observes Kelly and Malik flirting. When Kelly realizes this, she immediately breaks up with her clerk. Then he thinks out loud how to add some crunch to the dish. He’s especially thinking about adding tile. If Malik offers a slab of spinach, Lionel, who followed their conversation, offers a slab of flowers in return. While Kelly hesitates between the two, Amber finally decides in favor of Lionel’s proposal.

At the end of the day, Kelly finds Malik in the vegetable garden. The latter will be happy to find him. He also states that this is the most important thing for him. Kelly then confesses to her that she is not Ophel and that she loves Lionel. Upset and disappointed, Malik leaves.

Guilt-ridden Kelly returns to the park. Salome and Ambre join him. Kelly tells them how it went, finally confessing that she really likes Malik…

Carla wants to sleep with Jim

In class, Carla learns from Suleiman that rumors about her bad character spread during her first years. Carla then tries to find out the person behind the rumor. This is Jimmy.

Carla does not hesitate to confront him and demand an apology. But the latter will stand before him. Suleiman is forced to intervene to put an end to their argument.

Later, Carla is taught by Solal to learn how to drive the commissary. At the same time, Berenice arrives to get the ingredients for the classes. Carla interrupts him, taking the opportunity to talk to him about Jim and the rumors about him. Carla is out for revenge, but not in the way her comrades assume. Indeed, Carla admits that she would sleep with him.

So, at CDI, Carla suggests to Jim that they settle their differences with a good game of sex. Jimmy is both surprised and excited by her attitude. However, he declines the offer to go to class. For Carla, it’s just a reprieve.

Leonard and Maya are too attached to Ethan

In her class, Clotilde assigns a second-year student to supervise two first-year students on a meat recipe that must be executed precisely. She chooses to group Ethan with Berenice and Penelope, and David with Maya and Leonard. The latter are disgusted by not being able to work with a friend, as they did all summer internships.

Maya and Leonard are having a really hard time getting along with David. When Leonard suggests replacing the quinoa with corn, David replies that Chef Armand likes to be bold and take risks. So Leonardo discards his training to follow his intuition. When David realizes this, he explains to Leonard that he was being ironic.

The situation is so tense that David ends up offering Ethan to switch teams without consulting the elder Armand. Ethan accepts and leads his comrades again. Their trio regains their fluidity in their work and finishes at the plate properly.

After tasting Maya and Leonard’s plate, Clotilde is satisfied. But when he realizes that they didn’t follow the instructions, he decides to give everyone 5/20 points.
