Former BBB Ana Paula Renault revealed on Monday (2/10) that she was deceived by her boyfriend, who has family in Porto Alegre. The presenter, 41 years old, decided to expose the situation on her social networks after witnessing the suffering of a friend of hers, who was also the victim of betrayal.
In a video posted on her Instagram, Ana Paula said: “I found out that my boyfriend has a wife. Yes, it’s true. My boyfriend is married and I found out a few days ago.” She also said that the 42-year-old man was in Sao Paulo for work and often slept at her house. “He slept at my house every day. In the months we lived together, I think we can count on one hand the days he didn’t sleep here,” she said.
How she was deceived
The presenter explained that her aversion to social media may have facilitated her boyfriend’s maneuver. “Maybe he would have felt comfortable [com isso e pensava]: ‘He won’t make a fuss, he won’t take a photo, he won’t want to publish it,'” said Ana Paula. She also revealed that the man claimed to have been divorced for about two years and that he was in Porto Alegre for his son’s birthday six-year-old. “I even bought a gift for his son, so you can have an idea of how much I was deceived,” he said.
Ana Paula concluded her report by questioning male behavior in situations of betrayal. “The problem and the question is: why do these men feel so comfortable doing this to us women?” she asked herself.
