He claims that “the conduct to be investigated through the violation of the appellant’s banking, fiscal and telephone secrecy was not specified, nor was the usefulness of the provision indicated”.
Nunes Marquis it also specifies that “there is no concrete situation relating to the signatory that legitimizes the suspicion that he has committed illicit acts linked to the events of 8 January”.
Silvinei Marques was arrested in August, as part of Operation Citizen Constitution, which is investigating alleged interference in the second round of the 2022 elections.
