“Cyberpunk 2077” fans can celebrate: the video game universe will become a live-action film. CD Projekt Red, the game’s developer, collaborated with Anonymous Content, a media company that has already worked on other successful series and feature films. Now both companies are looking for screenwriters.

“Cyberpunk 2077” was released in 2020 and has already sold more than 25 million copies. Despite the challenges (the game had a rocky launch due to delays), the updates have left the player with a better experience than when it arrived.
Furthermore, the Cyberpunk universe has been successful on other platforms. A Netflix series, the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners anime, has been well received by fans of the franchise.
Now, in parallel with the live-action film, CD Projekt Red is developing a new “Cyberpunk” game which, according to the website The limitit goes by the code name Orion.
