The changes in the DC Comics cinematic universe will be profound. According to a report published by Variety, James Gunn and Peter Safran intend to replace Jason Momoa, Ezra Miller and Gal Gadot in the roles of Aquaman, Flash and Wonder Woman respectively. The changes are part of the new DCU, which will officially hit theaters Superman: Legacyin 2025.
There are so many changes in the DC Comics cinematic universe that only a few characters should be reused. This is the case of John Cena, Freddie Stroma, Viola Davis and Xolo Maridueña. James Gunn himself confirmed that they will return for the second season of Pacifier and the series Wallerwhich will now be part of the new phase of the franchise.
