The Ford Mustang Mach-E has arrived, but will it cause a “migration effect”?

Ford’s first electric car in Brazil has numbers close to those of the sports version already known to us

The name Mustang, used for almost 60 years to refer to the iconic sports models produced by Ford, today identifies two types of products in Brazil. One is the famous sports car, now in its seventh generation. The other went on sale this week and came with a completely opposite configuration. The Ford Mustang Mach-E is the brand’s first 100% electric vehicle in the Brazilian market.

But is it possible that both configurations arouse doubts in the buyer? There are similarities in some numbers and brutal differences in others. Could those who are close to buying a Ford Mustang or already own a sports car choose the electric one? Let’s look at some comparisons.

1. Design

Very different from the sports version, the Ford Mustang Mach-E is a crossover. It has a shark-like nose, a long hood and three-bar taillights.
