In addition to maintaining your study routine, it is important to take care of your mental and physical health during this period; Enem will be applied on November 5th and 12th
The National High School Examination (Enem) 2023 is knocking on the door. There are exactly 15 days left for the candidates to take the tests, which will take place on two consecutive Sundays, 5 and 12 November.
And to help participants in this final stretch of preparation, the Earth spoke to Claudio Falcão, executive director of Anglo and pH systems, and Heitor Ribeiro, coordinator of the Anglo Course, who outlined some advice on how to deal with these last two weeks until Enem.
According to teachers, it is still essential to maintain the study routine according to the student’s plan, but also to take care of mental and physical health to arrive emotionally well at the exams. See tips below!
Train writing
The essay is a very important part of the Enem, as it is worth a thousand points. During this period, therefore, write as many essays as possible and in the style required by the exam: the essay-argumentative text.
After writing an essay, take the text to be corrected by a teacher, check your mistakes and try not to repeat them in subsequent attempts.

Solve the previous tests
Set aside time in your study schedule to solve previous Enem exams. Take the exams of the last three or four years as simulations, in the same time slot that you will have available on November 5th and 12th.
In addition to helping you understand the Enem question style and defining which testing strategy to use, you will be able to identify which topics you are still struggling with and need reviewing.

Focus on mental and physical health
For the next two weeks, continue with the same routine you’ve followed all year, including taking care of your mental and physical health. For example, do your physical activities, continue with therapy, eat healthily, sleep well, meditate and dedicate time to other activities you enjoy, such as going out with friends, watching films or reading a book.
Also try to monitor your social media usage. Many hours on line They can take your attention away from your studies and cause more anxiety.
Watch series and films
Films, series and documentaries, in addition to being a leisure option for the period, can help build a repertoire to use in Enem questions and writing. Therefore, you can also use this feature to prepare.
