“The Greatest Work in the World”: After the final episode of Attack on Titan aired, fans celebrated the end of an era.

This time it’s really the end. The second special episode that closed the fourth season of Attack on Titan revealed the long-awaited conclusion of the phenomenon of the animated series. After a ten-year run, Hajime Isayama’s manga adaptation (34 volumes available from Pika) is now complete!

Over the past decade, fans of the series have experienced many emotions. From the beginning of the show – which followed the story of humanity against the Titans – to its finale – the story of World War – Attack on Titan is characterized by its complex narrative, constantly saturated with shocking revelations and unexpected twists.

Drawing a conclusion on a series that celebrated its time is not easy, as Game of Thrones can attest. But it seems that Attack on Titan has managed to satisfy a large number of fans, as evidenced by the number of enthusiastic reactions they have posted on the networks.

With its broadcast finally over, it is now possible to debate the place the series will occupy in the history of Japanese anime. As a reminder, Attack on Titan is currently the second highest rated animated series of all time with an audience rating of 4.5 out of 5 (behind only Arcane).

You can watch the full Attack on Titan now on the Crunchyroll platform; The series finale episode will also air this Monday, November 6th on VOST on Mangas Channel!
