  • Sit comfortably. Close your eyes.
  • Then, take three deep breaths and feel your physical body in all its details.
  • Inhale, hold your breath for a few seconds and feel your feet.
  • Exhale and hold your lungs without air for a few seconds.
  • Then, inhale holding it one more time and feel your legs.
  • Exhale, hold again, then repeat the inhalation and raise to your hips.
  • Go up, changing and holding your breath to the top of your head.
  • After recognizing your body, relax and simply pay attention to your breathing. Just try to feel present, here and now.
  • After as long as you want, always with your eyes closed, ask yourself: “Wouldn’t it be nice if…”, and bring into your heart the joy of feeling that it would be nice, it would be wonderful…
