Now that the actors’ strike — after 118 days of negotiations — is over, Stranger Things’ fifth and final season is finally set to begin filming. If the film’s shooting date has yet to be officially announced by the producer or Netflix, we can always count on David Harbor to give us the news. The voice of Hawkins Police Chief Jim Hopper appeared at Motor City Comic Con, reports Deadline.
While there, Harbor was asked about a possible sixth season of the series, a fan asked the question, unaware that Netflix had already planned for Season 5 to be the last. During a public roundtable, he took the opportunity to reveal what viewers can expect:
The beauty of it is that there is an actual ending. Everything will end in a very real way.
Harbor added that the London stage, which opens on November 17, could use the plot, noting that the plot began in the main series.with head down“East”A complete story that will conclude in the final episode of Season 5Here’s a short video of the exchange:

“David Harbor talks a bit about the end of Stranger Things Season 5, hints at filming starting tomorrow and questions Will Byers’ powers.“
Back in August of last year, David Harbor already talked about the end of the Duffer Brothers series, saying that fans can expect a moving finale and ambitious writing. While the writers’ strike was still going on, he said of the scripts on the Happy Sad Confuse podcast: “They are wonderful as always“. Then, about coloring: “They continue to outdo themselves, these authors are on strike, I named the Duffer Brothers.“
Then he said: “It’s also quite a commitment. I mean, the scenes and story elements that we’ve seen are more important than anything we’ve done in the past.“
