The Golden Rooster with the love story of Dionysia and Bernarda at ViX
Original ViX series based on the short story of the same name by Juan Rulfo, starring Lucero and José Ron. The Golden Rooster tells the passionate love story between Dionisio, a rooster, and Bernarda Coutinho, ‘La Caponera’, a fair singer.
Dionisio’s luck will change when he meets “La Caponera”, to whom he attributes this success, and falls in love with her. However, their love will not be easy as they will have to face Lorenzo Benavides (played by Plutarco Haza), a rich landowner who is Bernarda’s lover.
