Must watch in streaming: A $150 million action movie and protagonists who fought on set

In 2015, Charlize Theron and Tom Hardy starred in one of the greatest science fiction films of all time. Despite the good result, the reality is that the two never got along.

In a post-apocalyptic future, the ruthless Immortan Joe rules the earth by controlling resources such as water and gasoline. Your trusty soldier, Furiosa (Charlize Theron), is on a routine resupply mission and suddenly takes off towards the east. It turns out that she cheated on him by saving several of Joe’s wives, who he keeps for reproductive purposes.

Meanwhile, Max (Tom Hardy), who has been taken prisoner, escapes and discovers that Furiosa’s battle-ready truck is his only escape route. She soon joins his cause, along with another of Joe’s men, the disillusioned Nux (Nicholas Hoult), is also there to help. Arriving in Furiosa’s homeland reveals that the chase isn’t over yet.

Despite the incredible success of Mad Max: Road Fury, which had a budget of $150 million, and of the six Oscar winners, Charlize and Hardy have never managed to get along. Not only did the stars have minor differences of opinion, but the situation reached such a level that it ended unpleasantly.

This was revealed in the book “Blood, Sweat And Chrome: The Wild and True Story of Mad Max: Fury Road”, which deals with the creation of the action classic.
