Filmmaker stated that, in his film, a human would end up marrying a velociraptor: “It’s basically a domestic drama”
After driving Beautiful Revenge (2020), which led her to win the Oscar for Best Original Screenplay, and the recent Saltburnscheduled to premiere in December in Brazil, Emerald Fennell now wants to embark on big franchises and already has a next project in mind: the filmmaker wants to direct an erotic version of Jurassic Park.
“I honestly feel like I was very lucky. I have already managed to realize my dream projects. But my favorite movie of all time is Jurassic Parkso I would love to get involved with dinosaurs”revealed the filmmaker in an interview with deadline.
“Well, first of all, it’s very erotic. I think humans and dinosaurs have reached that stage in their time together where things are starting to get quite exciting. So, [no filme]there would be a wedding between a man and a velociraptor and it would basically be a domestic drama”continued Fennell, detailing the plot of her possible film.
Scheduled to debut in December on Amazon Prime Video, SaltburnEmerald Fennell’s new film, tells the story of Oliver Quick (Barry Keoghan, The Banshees of Inisherin), a university student in England, in the 2000s, who ends up developing an obsessive passion for the aristocrat Felix Catton (Jacob Elordi, Euphoria). Unaware of the boy’s obsession, felix invite Oliver to spend an unforgettable summer with your eccentric family.
In addition to the protagonists, the film’s cast also includes Rosamund Pike (Gone Girl), Carey Mulligan (Conductor), Richard E.
