Everything’s good on Disney+: What did viewers think of the series with Virgin Efira?

Available on Disney+ since November 15, the series Tout va bien is the latest original French production on the platform.

With a brilliant cast – Virginie Efira, Sara Giraudeau and Nicole Garcia – she accurately paints a poignant portrait of a family struggling to cope with the serious illness of their very young Rose.

The Vasseur family is a family like any other, the most beautiful and the worst place, accustomed to gather together for birthdays, rhythmic and athletic gymnastics or New Year celebrations, accompanied by complicity, laughter, but also discomfort, confrontation. To break their love and the unbreakable bonds that unite them.

But everything is fine, it’s normal: it’s a family.

“The series is full of subtleties that balance between irony and drama without falling into pathos” According to Le Point, “Compelling and Exciting” Highlights Le Parisien… This drama managed to win over the press, as evidenced by the excellent 4.2/5 average on AlloCiné, but what about Internet users?

Remarkable success!

For some viewers, Camille de Castelnau’s series (Le Bureau des Légendes), for which the screenwriter was inspired by personal experience, was a real favorite!

If emotion is clearly the key word of the eight-episode composition, Tout va bien does not forget to maintain a lighter tone at times, but always authentic, with touches of pleasant humor and delicacy.

5 star casting

The series brings together on the screen the big names of French cinema, the trio of actresses created by Virginie Efira, Sarah Giraud and Nicole García, but not only. Indeed, next to them we find Bernard Le Coq, Alyocha Schneider, Yannick Landrein, Mehdi Nebibu and Eduardo Noriega. Debutante Angel Romeo completes this cast as the young Rose.

Virgin Efira, currently in theaters for Nothing to Lose, once again proves her talent on the small screen, where we haven’t seen her shine as often since her appearances in Dix Pour Cent and Kaamelott in recent years.

Her co-stars Sara Giraudeau and Nicole Garcia also won over Internet users with their portrayals of Marion, Rose’s eventful mother, and Annie, the little girl’s grandmother, a successful author of personal development books obsessed with the image she projects on others.

So you know this new addition to the Disney+ platform is worth checking out. Rated 4/5 by the community on AlloCiné, it could become your next favorite series!

Eight episodes of Everything’s Alright are available on Disney+.
