Black Panther: The Marvel hero will soon return, but in a new form!

Wakanda Forever! More than three years after the disappearance of Chadwick Boseman, the memory of the Black Panther does not leave the minds of fans of the Marvel Universe. A November 2022 sequel titled Black Panther: Wakanda Forever saw Shuri – T’Challa’s sister – replace her in the superhero tank.

And with Black Panther set to return on December 22 with Marvel’s What If? anthology Season 2, the Disney+ platform has confirmed its new project around the superhero that fans adore. Thus, an animated series will see the light of day called Eyes of Wakanda, currently without a broadcast date.

While the chronology of the show has not been specified (does it take place before or after Black Panther 2?), the first synopsis tells us that the series will follow two warriors from Wakanda on a mission to steal vibranium artifacts. Shoes with a dark design.

Announced for 2021, the Ryan Coogler-developed Black Panther series was not talked about for many months. Rumors have particularly mentioned the possibility of a Wakanda origin prequel, or even a spin-off centered around Okoye (played by Danai Gurira).

It was finally only in March 2023, following the box office success of Black Panther 2, that it was announced that the project would finally see the light of day as an animated series. In this case, a new Black Panther could also be introduced to the MCU…

The Eyes of Wakanda series will soon be available exclusively on Disney+.
