The next few days promise to be tough for Bastien (Nicolas Jacquenes) in Tomorrow Belongs to Us!

After he is accused of murdering ordinary pensioner Mr. Flaman, John Kovac (Jean-Michel Peril) is desperate to prove his innocence by actively searching for the real killer.

A task that turns out to be quite dangerous, especially since Bastien’s father has weakened since he suffered a mysterious puncture a few days earlier.

Determined, no matter what it takes to finally reunite his son, John continues his research. But his investigation could cost him his life…

John between life and death

In the episode, which airs tonight on TF1, John will be waiting for someone on a city street. However, Gerald, a hiking guide who is stationed at the Christmas market, is waiting for him with a metal bar and beats him.

Hours later, John was found badly injured and unconscious before being rushed to St. Clair Hospital. A hard blow for Bastien, who recently underwent a spinal cord transplant to beat leukemia.

Fortunately, even in the darkest moments, life sometimes has pleasant surprises…

Bastien shares some great news

In A new extract is available on the MyTF1 platformBastien goes to his comatose father’s bedside. An opportunity for the teenager to tell him the good news.

The transplant worked. There is no refusal. I wanted to say that I am struggling“- he said later.

However, Bastien came mainly to beg his father not to give up. Moving on, he adds:We should go home together. Please, father, wake up“. Bastien then takes his hand gently and then sheds a few tears.
