Favored to be appointed as the new Minister of Justice, the former Minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) Ricardo Lewandowski participates, on Monday 18th, in the inauguration of the new Attorney General of the Republic, Paulo Gonet. The event also brings together the Minister of Justice, Flávio Dino, candidate for a vacant post in the FST and whose name has already been approved by the Federal Senate.
Lewandowski arrived at the event and sat next to his former Supreme Court colleagues, such as Alexandre de Moraes, Gilmar Mendes and Dias Toffoli. President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva shares the stage with Vice President Geraldo Alckmin, as well as the presidents of the House, Arthur Lira (PP-AL), and the Senate, Rodrigo Pacheco (PSD-MG). Gonet’s installation ceremony as Attorney General of the Republic began at 10:30 am.
