The Bridgerton Chronicle’s phenomenal success on Netflix serves family and royal family tales, its passionate romance in costumes, and hilarious sex scenes. The Bridgeton brothers and sisters, at the center of the series, hosted a few scenes that remained in their memory, and the actors naturally prepared for the show, the second season of which is now available on the platform.
Corn On. Tells us that one of the actors was wrongly prepared for a sex scene that was not meant for him! The producers of the series asked Luke Thompson, Benedict Bridgetton’s translator, to prepare for the sex scenes with the help of a personal trainer when he received the scripts.
Except they didn’t give him the right scenarios, for the simple reason that they messed up Luke Thompson with Luke Newton, who plays Colin Bridgetton, one of Benedict’s brothers!
Nicola Cofflan, a translator for Penelope Fesserrington, as well as a passionate gossip reviewer, Lady Wisldown, recalled this hilarious imbroglio:
“They offered him a personal trainer for his intimate scenes and we do not take all the scenarios at once, so he said: ‘I wonder what it will be like? “He was offered a personal trainer for his intimate scenes and we do not take all the scripts at once, so he wondered what those scenes would be like.”
Fortunately, the team realized the mistake, but the unfortunate Luke Thompson was left frustrated with the confusion. Still, the producers allowed him to retain a personal trainer, Benedict Bridgetton, of course, being the protagonist of Season 3 of The Bridgerton Chronicle if the series follows the sequence of Julia Quinn books from which it is composed.
Meanwhile, the second season, released on Netflix on March 25, focuses on the love affair of senior Anthony Bridgetton (Jonathan Bailey), who is determined to get married but is torn between the convenience of a suitable wife. Be Edvina Sharma (Charitra Chandran) and her fervent desire for sister Kate Sharma (Simon Ashley).
