It all starts here on Tuesday, June 21…

The second and third courses are for exam preparation. In the kitchen, Hortens, Celia, Greg, and Anais are training for a culinary test. Hortens does not hide stress, but friends calm it down. Suddenly Charlene joins them and asks if they have seen her father, which they have not seen. Greg seizes the opportunity and asks him about the subject of the culinary exam. But the student knows nothing more than them because his father refuses to take him. If Celia is excited that Teixier is not reconsidering her decision, Charlene seems to have found a way to pass the diploma despite the disciplinary board’s decision against her. Celia is frustrated, she still has no idea what Martha did a few weeks ago.

At the same time, Emmanuel and Constance have a moment of co-participation in the institute, but they are quickly cut off by Charlene. By deciding to lift the sanction, the student found a way to obtain a diploma: Article 20 of the School Rules. Indeed, any student who has a continuous grade point average of at least 10 may not be able to pass the exams at the end of the year. His daughter says even the director can not go against the rules, but Emmanuel still refuses to give her a new pass. After all, it’s not just his decision, it’s the disciplinary board.

Charlene refuses to give up and asks her mother for help. Constance supports her husband and cannot tolerate her daughter being used to the benefit of a relationship crisis. For his part, Louis has another idea: to arrange a new disciplinary council without informing Teixe. The student promises the mother that she will not tell the father at this point. He takes it and warns his daughter, there is very little chance that his plan will work. But Charlene wants to get a diploma more than anything and is going to use every opportunity.

Later, Charlene addresses her case on a disciplinary board consisting of Miriel, Clotilde, Louis, and Rose. The student demands only one thing: to follow the rules. They believe that his request is justified. Unfortunately, Thaisie surprises them and once again refuses to reconsider his decision. He thinks it will be perceived as a preferential treatment, but Charlene is willing to take the risk. He prefers to have a few reviews and its quality, rather than not having a quality at all. His father finally agreed. Constance is very happy for her daughter who managed to find a way out. But Teixe is not going to stop there, he has decided to put a speaker on the wheels.

In the kitchen, Celia admits to Hortens and Elliot that she does not want to take the exams at the end of the year and thinks about dropping out. When he joined the institute, he thought he was following the teachings of Auguste Armand and not Tessier’s fashion. Somehow, his friends manage to change their minds.

Charlene is in a hurry to announce the good news to her brother. Not too far away, Celia understands everything and throws drops. Can not stand to have so many privileges at the institute under the pretext of being the daughter of a director. Tony quickly rises between the two young women and Theo intervenes. If they can not stand each other, do not talk. Suddenly students’s phones ring, Teixe calls them with a double A.

The second and third courses are waiting for the principal to clarify their exam dates. Teixe arrives and he has a very innovative idea: an inter-promo kitchen test. A sophomore will team up with a sophomore, they will have 24 hours to create a recipe that will be submitted the day before. This exam is the only one to pass in the second year. In turn, the third year will continue with the confectionery and cooking test next week. The director announces the couples: Salome is with Greg, Mehdi Enzo is in a duet, Anais has to train with Eliot and finally, Celia has to work with Charlene.

Lisandro is embarrassed in the double A. With half of the first-year promotions and the dismissal of other students who will soon pass the exams, the room teacher in the restaurant is inadequate. Fortunately, Deva and Jasmine join him: they are usually scheduled in the room schedule. Despite being fired, they do not know if they should do the job. For his part, Lysandro does not know more than them, as the director gave him no clue. Students are offered help, they are very motivated and professional. But Inesta does not want to give them false hope to work with them. According to the professor, Thaisier will not reconsider his decision. Deva and Jasmine know this, but they would rather end a year of service in the ward than leave the institute on a bad note.

A little later, Lisandro asks Emmanuel and Antoine to work in the building for the dismissed first years before graduation. Indeed, it is insufficient, the second and third year exams are fast approaching and no one else has this case. Teisser immediately opposes the project, but Miriel thinks they really have no choice. The manager finally agrees.

Lysandro summoned the first years sent back to the double a. He informed them of the decision of Emmanuel and Antoine. He leaves them with a choice: to work in the dining room of the restaurant until the end of the year or to refuse his offer. The professor confirms to them that if they work in double A for a while, it does not mean that they will recover. Tom and Amber refuse to work for free because they know they will not have a second chance at the institute. As for Deva and Jasmine, they take it without hesitation.

For their part, Amber and Tommy realize that the institute really stands behind them. Tom wants to create a culinary project with his friend that will make them really happy. Immediately Amber had an idea: to create a table in d’hôte Gaissacs.

Axel and Solali at the Riviera table use the service to revise certain Japanese cutting techniques. Salome arrives at the restaurant. She wants to order lunch. Solal uses the opportunity and offers them to show special equipment in exchange for free food. If at first the student hesitates, he finally accepts his offer.

Tony joins them to collect orders at the restaurant, but is not ready for anything. He meets Axel and Salome and mistakenly thinks they are a couple. They are saying this for the second time in a few days. The inconvenience is resolved between them. Then Axel finds out they are not together and Salome explains that she is in a relationship. Although he thought he had a good instinct in these matters, Tony took the opportunity to give them advice: “Live your life without any regrets.”

At the end of the shift, Axel tells Solal that something could have happened to Salome, but it did not. There is a relationship with Jasmine and she laughs a lot with him. But Solal cares it really is enough. Axel jokes but does not answer him. His gaze confirms that he is excited by his friend’s words.
