Azul airline announced on Tuesday that it has obtained a $200 million securitized credit line to finance the maintenance process of its fleet’s aircraft engines, according to a statement released to the market.
The credit line was made possible by the Brazilian Guarantee and Guarantee Fund Management Agency (ABGF) and the Export Financing and Guarantee Committee (Cofig), Azul said.
The resources will be used for maintenance of Embraer and Airbus aircraft engines carried out by GE Celma, Azul said.
