Announced for 2021 and eagerly awaited by La Casa de Papel fans, spin-off Berlin is getting ready to hit Netflix. Created by Alex Pina and Esther Martinez Lobato, who worked on La Casa de Papel and Sky Rojo, this spin-off series focuses on Andres de Fonolosa, aka Berlin, one of the iconic characters of the original fiction.
Berlin, scheduled for December 29 on Netflix, tells the story of one of the most spectacular heists ever committed by Berlin (Pedro Alonso) and his gang… in Paris! their loot? The European royalty is valued at 44 million euros.
Berlin develops a seemingly unstoppable plan to steal this treasure with the help of Kayla, a computer genius (Michelle Jenner), Damian, a professor and right-hand man (Tristan Ulloa), Cameron, a hothead (Begonia Vargas), loyal henchman King (Julio Peña) and Bruce, a ruthless Swiss Army Knife (Joel Sanchez). But things don’t go as planned…
Should we approach La Casa de Papel before discovering Berlin?
