Un Si Grand Soleil Preview: Episode Summary for Wednesday, January 3, 2024 [SPOILERS]

Warning, the following paragraphs contain spoilers for the episode of Un Si Grand Soleil airing tomorrow night on France 2! If you don’t want to understand anything, don’t read the following!

Maeva accuses Tom of stealing

Ever since that scary night at the cinema, Tom and Noora have been a couple and now they’re out in the open. Tom takes Achilles into his confidence. Achille reassures her, he’s long since moved on and says he admires them.

That’s when Maeva interrupts their conversation. He recognizes Tom and accuses him of stealing €50 from a table in a pizzeria. Tom leaves, but Maeva follows him. Tom finally admits that he was the one who stole the money.

But he stresses that it is not the €50 that will sink the restaurant. Maeva then makes him believe that her boss withheld the payment and asks him to return the money. Tom remains hopeless and tells her that he has already spent everything.

If he steals money, it’s not for fun, it’s because he needs it. Maeva insults him. Nura, who witnessed part of the scene, later called Tom. She makes him believe that Maeva has mistaken him for someone else.

In turn, Robin makes a list of trips she can take with Maeve in Egypt. Evan teases his son, noting that he’s rarely seen him so enthusiastically preparing for a trip.

Maeva tells Tays what happened with Tom. He is very angry with her and he is not going to stop at this. It is a matter of principle.

Estelle leaves Akim

Estelle finds Karine at the cafe. She tells him about her conversation with Akim the other day. Karine finds it difficult to understand the young man’s attitude. Estelle is still going to get back to him.

He only has a few weeks left before training, so he might as well make the most of it. But Karine advises him against it. He knows that his friend is not looking for a simple adventure and that he will not be able to build a long-term relationship with Akim.

He advises her to stop seeing him and find a man who will do her a favor. But Estelle still wants to stay with Akeem even if she knows it won’t last.

In turn, Mago confides in Cecil. He is angry with Akim because he has already changed him. Cecile points out to her sister that she can’t blame him for dating someone after she rejected him.

She loves him but leaves him and when he leaves she wants him back. Cecile advises Margot to stop focusing on the unattainable. He risks wasting his life by doing what he wants, which he can’t or can’t do anymore.

Estelle leaves a message on Akim’s answering machine because she needs to talk to him. He wants to come see her. They will find themselves in front of the police station. Akim admits that he should have talked to her earlier and admits that he is lost at the moment.

Estelle points out that if things keep going between them until he’s gone, they can continue their long-distance relationship. But Akeem prefers to put the character aside when he goes to practice. He still wants to apologize.

He thought that Estelle was looking for someone like him. He replies that at his age he has already covered all the light things. That’s why she makes a painful decision to end her relationship with Akim. Once alone, Estelle sheds a few tears.

At the office, Johanna notices that her uncle is not in a good mood. He advises her to relax and see people. He also has a charming person to meet, with whom he could relate very well.

But Guillem confides in her that he is already in love with a woman who considers him a friend. Johanna advises him to confess his feelings, but Gilham is convinced that he is unavailable.

In the evening, Gilham meets Estelle for a massage session at her home. He notices that his friend is not in a good mood. She confides in him that she broke up with Akim because they didn’t have the same desires. Estelle explains to Guillem that she wants to be able to have a strong and lasting relationship with someone and have children.

But he thinks he should be less demanding. Gilham does not share his opinion and encourages him. He believes that he deserves the best. It is beautiful and full of life. He then confesses that he is in love with her. She is perfect in his eyes. Once the surprise is over, she kisses Gilham.

The latter kisses in turn. But when he begins to strip, she prefers to make sure that he really wants to go further with her and that she will not throw herself into his arms out of disgust. Estelle reassures him, she really wants to be with him. He’s a bit sad, of course, but he knows what he’s doing. Estelle and Gilham then share a night of love.
