Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 diced carrot
  • 1/2 diced red pepper
  • 1/2 diced yellow pepper
  • 1 cube of vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup (tea) peas
  • 1/2 cup seedless black raisins
  • 2 1/2 cups (tea) fresh cream
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 thinly sliced ​​potatoes
  • Butter for greasing
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella

Preparation method:

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the carrot, peppers and vegetable broth and sauté for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the peas, raisins and cream.
  4. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until slightly reduced and thickened.
