AlloCiné: Francesco sinks deeper and deeper into madness before attacking Javad. How long can he keep Estelle under his influence?

Wait Varlet : He will lose his leg at some point. Because he will feel that he is getting further and further away. Estelle is really trying to figure out what’s going on, and she’ll be suspicious of his reaction.

But he will think that he should be by her side. Francesco will do everything to keep her for himself and put her under the call. This is what I found very interesting while weaving this scenario.

Estelle is doing professional training to help women in the social sector to understand exactly the effect certain men can have on their partners, and she has no intention of realizing that this is what is happening. place in his relationship. He is in complete denial.

Was it important for you to discuss this topic of toxic relationships? To show that we can go from an idyllic relationship to something very bad?

Yes, I think this topic is important. Even if it’s clearly amplified in the series, that’s what really happens. Plus belle la vie’s strength has always been addressing social issues.

Even if the story is often improbable because there will be cops in the middle, we are still talking about current social issues. Therefore, it is always important to maintain such a point of view.

In the later years of Plus belle la vie, I had much less, if any, protection of this kind. It was a pleasure to come back for a story like this because he is more interesting as an actor.

That’s why I wanted to return. In recent years, I have grown to like Estelle’s character much less. When I was told about this arch, I was convinced.

During this ordeal, Estelle becomes very close to Javad, who, unlike Francesco, does everything to protect her. Will they fall into each other’s arms again? Do they still have feelings for each other or are they just friends as they say?

Estelle and Javad have a relationship that goes beyond friendship. They have feelings for each other. They may not necessarily be in love anymore, but they know each other by word of mouth. It can be said that they are afraid of their feelings.

At least that’s how I see things. They have deep, loving feelings that are buried, and they know that this can destroy everything between them, as it has in the past. I get the impression that they are afraid of them and do not allow them to express themselves at all.

And this, to the end. You will see, these are heroes who are connected and can die for each other. But they cannot have a “normal” couple relationship.

Can you tell us about your projects outside of Plus belle la vie?

I will soon be in a special episode of Section de Recherches which will be broadcast on TF1 on Thursday 1 February. I play a mountain guide. It was a great shoot, we had a lot of fun, the scenery was magnificent and I was able to meet Fabien Carat.

I also have a small role in Mercato, a series that should be on TF1 very soon. And at the moment, I’m filming a new France Télévisions series called Tom and Lola.
