Suspicion falls on… Cecil himself!

After being contacted by his fiancée’s kidnappers, Gilles goes to the police station again with Alex. Gilles tells Karim that a man, probably in his twenties, wearing a hoodie, groped him while he was walking down the street. He pocketed the envelope containing the photograph of Cecil, bound and kidnapped.

Therefore, the police will start an investigation with the elements that Gilles and Alex provide. Karim suggests that the kidnappers will try to contact Gilles again to determine the terms of the ransom, which is 100,000 euros. That’s why they listen to him. Karim then tries to reassure Gilles: he says that the kidnappers are interested in money and that Cecile has nothing to fear.

After which Karim informs his teams. Missing for about 36 hours, Cecile was allegedly abducted in the middle of the street, not far from where she had stopped to go shopping and buy a wedding dress. The vehicle will be examined, and video surveillance will be analyzed in the area. As for Cecil, we know no enemy and his criminal record is clean.

Back in it, Gilles is worried to death. Alex supports her, taking turns wrapping Marian around her. But Gilles prefers to be alone. He wonders how a large sum of money can be withdrawn from their bank account. A little later, Gilles announces to Alex and Chloe that he is going to pay the ransom. The latter tries to persuade him, explaining that the kidnappers will ask him for even more money if he starts giving them what they want. Chloe advises Gilles to wait until the next day before making a decision.

Meanwhile, Martin and Karim go to the place where Cecil was parked. Martin notices traces of blue paint on the post. He makes the link with a photo of abducted Cecil in the trunk of a priori blue car. Martin speculates that the kidnappers were waiting for him, surprised him, then ran and hit the post. Karim immediately alerts the PTS. But Martin is worried about one detail: usually this type of kidnapping targets very rich profiles. However, this is not the case with Gilles and Cécile.

At the police station, Timothy informs Damien and Georges about the research on Cecile. In particular, she discovered that she liked older men. In particular, she married twice to men who were at least ten years older. Damien and Georges believe that the age difference in the couple is not really an issue.

However, in the evening, Roxanne talks about it with Martins as she continued her research for Timothy. Cecile’s first husband died in a family accident and she inherited a large fortune. Soraya meets Noor at the spoon to tell her that she is finally back with Gabriel. But he waits until he’s there to do it.
