Disney’s plans for cinema in the coming years will include several popular productions from studios that usually release successful films and achieve large box office sales. And the entertainment giant just shared its upcoming big screen releases through 2031.
Thinking about the Marvel Studios films, it is already possible to identify two Avengers titles in the schedule, for 2026 and 2027. However, first, in 2025, a new Captain America film should be released. Other heroes that are expected to have films in the next few years are Deadpool and the Fantastic Quarter.
Star Wars fans can also be excited, as the franchise is expected to return to theaters in 2026. The plan is for a new trilogy for the Lucasfilm franchise, however, there are no names confirmed for these productions yet. Two of the titles will arrive in 2026 and the third in 2027.
Additionally, there are plans for a live-action Snow White and three more films that will continue the Avatar franchise. Check it out below:
