Jeremy Renner, 53, continues his journey to recovery a year after his horrific accident in January 2023. Wanting to save his nephew, the actor was run over by a snow plow in front of his house. The Hawkeye star broke 30 bones and had to undergo two surgeries.
After a year in recovery, he spoke to ET Online on February 2 and spoke at length about his ongoing recovery: “ Probably 90% of all the things I had to do…”
He actually thinks he needs another six months to recover, but he’s doing his best to do so. “I need to set goals for myself. I will do whatever I want, I can… whatever I want to get better and stronger.“

Optimistic about the future, he continued:Healing will be a part of my life, so I’m looking forward to it. There’s always something to do to be better, to be stronger, to be happier, to be healthier, and that’s what I’m looking forward to.“
“It’s heartbreaking“, he still admitted about his recovery. “I can’t believe I’m sitting here right now. I am very grateful. I am so blessed to be moving forward in life and blessed to be sharing this life with the amazing people I love.“

A return to the MCU?
