The Last Airbender (February 22):
The nations of water, earth, fire, and air once lived in harmony, and the Avatar, master of the four elements, guaranteed peace among them. But everything changed when the Fire Nation attacked and destroyed the Air Nomads in their first maneuver to conquer the world.
As the current incarnation of the Avatar slowly emerges, the world loses hope. However, hope is reborn like a light in the night when Aang, a young air nomad and last representative of his people, emerges from his slumber to claim his rightful place as the new Avatar.
Aang accompanies his new friends Sokka and Katara, siblings who are members of the South Pole Water Tribe, on a quest that combines fantasy and action.
He must save the world and fend off a terrifying attack by Fire Lord Ozai, a mission made all the more difficult because Crown Prince Zuko is determined to capture him and his friends. But they will be able to rely on the help of many allies and colorful characters that they met during their adventures.
Avatar: The Last Airbender, announced in 2018, is a live-action reinterpretation of the Nickelodeon animated series.
