Monday February 19 A more beautiful life, even more beautiful
Samuel and Jennifer, it’s (already) over
At the bar Le Mistral, Samuel and Jennifer meet to stage their “fake breakup” in public. After witnessing their first (and only) kiss on Valentine’s Day evening, the Mistralians face one last argument.
The tone quickly rises among the cast. Jennifer loudly abuses Samuel and vice versa. Thomas looks at the scene with great amazement.
A few minutes after Jennifer leaves, Mistral’s boss offers Samuel to come and have dinner with him and Gabriel. She feels bad for the police officer and wants to show her support. Samuel has no choice but to accept the invitation.
In the evening, Samuel goes to the doctor’s office to see Jennifer. He announces that he has a meeting with Gabriel and Thomas, and they will undoubtedly criticize him. He also takes the opportunity to tell her that he loved their “breakup” game so much that he would be willing to do it again.
Jennifer shares this opinion. The two seem to be getting closer and closer. Before leaving, Samuel declares that he will finally like this “false idyll”.
Morgan breeds confusion
At the Masalia residence, Jules reveals to her friend Steve that she cheated on Morgan on Valentine’s Day. At the same time, Morgan tells Nisma about his lie. He reveals that he reacted this way in hopes of a good start.
A few minutes later, a young woman walks into Jules’ room. She thanks him for his behavior in the evening and adds: “I’m lucky to have you as a friend.”. Distraught, Julie asks him to leave the room. Another misunderstanding…
Zoe opens the trap for Ariane
Ariane investigates Louis Robbie, who is none other than Zoe’s accomplice. She informs Eric that this man is the alleged perpetrator of many robberies and that he is manipulating the teenager. At this point, he doesn’t know if Zoe is really his daughter or if it’s staged.
On the way home, Ariane tells Zoe that she wants to have a discussion with her. Suddenly he gets a message on his phone. Here’s Zoe’s DNA Test: The good news is there’s a 99.9998% chance that Ariane is indeed her mother. Zoe comes down with her mother’s coat over her shoulders. Ariane is on the verge of tears, realizing that her daughter is really standing in front of her.
A few minutes later, Zoë meets Blanche to talk about the Bachelorette. A former teacher corrects a copy that a teenager has turned in. Eric arrives and, while kissing Blanche, slips the spy into Zoe’s pocket.
Zoe, on the other hand, is on edge. Tired of lying to everyone. Louis is convinced that he is beginning to bond with the Mistralians and especially his mother. The teenager gets angry and replies that he only wants to go to Costa Rica with her.
Back at the Mistral police station, Ariane informs Melanie that she knew through one of the informants that Louis Robbie had returned to Marseille. Ariane adds that it is desirable to strengthen the security system on Ms. Kepler’s collar, but the commissioner does not consider the ex-prisoner to be a threat.
In the evening, Ariane and Eric go to the place where Zoe’s snitch last went. It is a large warehouse with an apartment in it. When they return, they find no sign of Louis, but only the coat Zoe borrowed from her mother with the words “Thanks, Mom” written on it.
