The Italian actress and socialite Ira von Furstenberg, granddaughter of the businessman Gianni Agnelli (1921-2003), died last Monday (19 years old), at the age of 83.

Star of the “jet set” of the 70s, the Italian is the daughter of the Austro-Hungarian prince Tassilo von Furstenberg and Clara Agnelli. Throughout her life she was also a model and jewelry designer.

The artist married Prince Alfonso de Ohehnlohe at the age of 15, with whom she had two sons, Christoph (1956-2006) and the former Olympic skier Hubertus.

The Italian woman’s relationship with Brazil began in the mid-1960s, when she divorced and began a relationship with playboy Francisco “Baby” Matarazzo Pignatari (1917-1977).
