Dulce de leche jelly

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups creamy dulce de leche
  • 1 cup milk (tea)
  • 1 cup cream (tea).
  • 1 sachet of colorless and tasteless powdered gelatine
  • Oil for anointing
  • Chocolate flavored ice cream topping and whipped cream to decorate

Preparation method:

  1. In a blender, beat the dulce de leche, milk, and cream for 1 minute.
  2. Prepare the gelatine according to package instructions, add to the cream in the blender and beat for another minute or until smooth.
  3. Pour into a buttered 20cm diameter mold with a hole in the center and place in the fridge for 4 hours.
  4. Unmold, turn out onto a serving plate and decorate with whipped cream and chocolate icing. Serve.
