Ingredients:
- 3 cups creamy dulce de leche
- 1 cup milk (tea)
- 1 cup cream (tea).
- 1 sachet of colorless and tasteless powdered gelatine
- Oil for anointing
- Chocolate flavored ice cream topping and whipped cream to decorate
Preparation method:
- In a blender, beat the dulce de leche, milk, and cream for 1 minute.
- Prepare the gelatine according to package instructions, add to the cream in the blender and beat for another minute or until smooth.
- Pour into a buttered 20cm diameter mold with a hole in the center and place in the fridge for 4 hours.
- Unmold, turn out onto a serving plate and decorate with whipped cream and chocolate icing. Serve.
