Eve requests a meeting with Bernier to help Eliot

At breakfast, Eva introduces Muriel to Manu, who seems tense and quite distant. Eva tries to break the ice, but to no avail. Muriel then thanks Manu for his welcome, and then, feeling cold, decides to go to her room for coffee. Manu tells her that this is a good idea.

As Muriel leaves, Eva informs Manu that she could have been warmer. Only for Manu, Muriel has nothing to do with them. Eve claims: her daughter-in-law is pregnant and away from home. And moreover, all alone. Manu then replies that it is not. He asks Eve to stop lying to him. He is sure that Elliot is close by, hiding somewhere.

Manu then asks Eva to tell Elliot to surrender. According to him, this is the best thing. But Eva stands her ground and claims that Elliot is not in France. Before asking the companion to stop treating him like a suspect. Then Manu loses patience. He tries to make Eva understand that for complicity both of them risk prison. Eve turns her head and does not react.

Later, Manu came to the police station tensed. Alex tries to find out what’s going on with her, but Manu, in a bad mood, asks her not to disturb him. Alex then suggests that his colleague Eva had an argument.

At the same time, Muriel calls Elliot and asks how he is. He reassures her. Elliot then asks the woman he loves how living with his mother and Manu is going. Muriel replies that Eva is lovely, then adds that Manu is very nice without thinking about it. Elliott blames himself for what he puts his partner through. Muriel is not worried about the situation itself, but admits that she cannot accept that he did not tell her the truth about the prison and what she risks by returning to France. She preferred to stay in Abidjan and wanted them to return there so as not to risk it.

At court, Claudine meets Bernier and wastes no time in reprimanding him. She reminds him that instead of playing his role in protecting public interests, such as those of farmers suffering from cancer caused by phytosanitary products, he is acting as a lawyer for those who produce them. Bernier replies that he is crossing the line and then returns to his office when he is called.

On the other end of the phone, Eve asks to see her as soon as possible. He adds that he wants to talk to her about a sensitive topic. Bernier understands that she wants to talk to him about Eliot and asks for a meeting the next morning. Eva thanks him, but Bernier thinks she’s wasting her time. According to him, there is no miracle solution for Elliott, who finds himself in prison.

Catherine Laumiere tries to help Lorin

Boris informs his sister that their mother is worried about him after what he went through with Romain. She thinks he’s being sincere, but Lauryn, who has a difficult relationship with her mother, refuses to believe it. He believes that behind Catherine Laumier’s kindness there is always manipulation or interest. Boris believes that his sister is wrong and then leaves.

Just then Francois arrives. The businessman wants to know what his ex did this time. Lauryn refuses to talk about it. François then worries that Boris is under the influence of his mother, who he says is a toxic person. François believes that Catherine never behaved like a mother. He never took care of his children, he did everything. Lauryn then becomes sarcastic with her father when she finds out that he was sending flowers.

Boris finds his mother and informs her that Lorin refuses to talk to her and that he is not going to see a psychologist. Catherine believes that Lorin’s real problem is her father. Since childhood, he has done everything to be like her and seeks her admiration at any cost. Catherine thinks that by suppressing her feelings, Lorin will explode. Boris tries to calm his mother down. He promises to take care of Lauryn.

Later, Catherine calls Francois, who greets her coldly. He wants to talk about their daughter. According to him, Lorin has experienced a tragedy and needs psychological support to overcome all this. Francois disagrees. She sees Lorin every day and thinks she is doing very well.

Catherine insists: She thinks her ex is the only person who can convince Lorin to get help. François has the impression that the mother of his children puts the responsibility on him and does not appreciate him. Furthermore, he believes that, given her relationship with her daughter, Catherine is in a poor position to give him advice. The latter then begs him not to break Lauryn like she breaks everyone around her. Very upset, François hangs up.

Alix again gives Lise a taste for drawing

In the wilds, Helen tells Victor about her decision to leave the gallery. She’s glad Alix didn’t try to make her feel guilty in hopes of holding her back. Victor asks his former partner what he is going to do now that he has regained his freedom. Elena knows nothing about this, but claims that she does not want to return to her work as a nurse under any circumstances. He prefers to start from scratch.

As Elena leaves, Enzo, who overheard their conversation, takes the liberty of pointing out to Victor that there is no room for anyone else on the team. Victor then reassures her: he is not going to hire Elena. Not going back with him for that matter. According to Viktor, Elena will remain a friend. Enzo is relieved.

In the gallery, Alix rejoices with Ulysses that Helen is no longer there. According to him, this finally ended the problems. Now that Ulysses has told the police that they are preparing a new exhibition, Alix asks his protégé to start painting again. She tells him that she has carefully kept one of his first paintings, which she particularly adores, and that she wants him to paint about twenty paintings in the same way in three months. Motivated, Ulises accepts the challenge.

Later, Bilal confides his worries to Ulises. He thinks he should paint for another gallery instead, because things always end badly with Alix. But Ulysses wants to stay loyal to Alix. He adds that it has given him back his taste for painting and his confidence.
