Yellowstone: Who Plays Young Kevin Costner in Western Series?

The series Yellowstone, which aired in the early summer of 2018, succeeded in reviving the Western trend, a genre that television had completely abandoned in recent decades. The success of the program also made it possible for Kevin Costner to return to the forefront in a major role after several years of crossing the Hollywood desert.

In Yellowstone, the American actor plays John Dutton, the patriarch of a family who heads the largest ranch in the entire state of Montana. The Godfather in Montana

The physical resemblance of Josh Lucas and Kevin Costner was not taken into account when choosing the interpreter of young John Dutton. Before filming, the American actor and Taylor Sheridan discussed the topic and discussed the Godfather saga together, where Vito Corleone is played by Marlon Brandon and Robert De Niro in two different periods of his life.

If he regrets not appearing more in Yellowstone, Josh Lucas also reveals that he originally wanted to play ranch foreman Rip Wheeler. But Taylor Sheridan had already chosen Cole Hauser for the role, which was no problem for Josh Lucas, as the two actors are longtime friends.

Although two prequels have already seen the light of day (1883 and 1923) and a third (titled 1944) will begin filming soon, who knows if Taylor Sheridan will one day offer Josh Lucas his own spin-off of the Yellowstone universe. ?
