The best actor award at the 2024 Oscars was no surprise: the winner was Cillian Murphy, who played Robert J. Oppenheimer in “Oppenheimer”.
Murphy said this performance was his most satisfying in 20 years. She thanked pacifists around the world and said that “for better or for worse, we live in his world [Oppenheimer]”.
