Venom 3 has an early release; see the new date

To the relief of the fans, Poison 3 will debut in 2024 and sooner than expected (until further notice). According to Sony Pictures, the Marvel sequel will be released in theaters on October 25, two weeks before the scheduled date: November 8. In addition to being released early, the film also received an official title: Venom: The Last Dance (The Last Dance, in free translation).

Much awaited by fans, Poison 3 suffered several delays as it was one of the Marvel productions directly affected by the Hollywood actors’ and screenwriters’ strike. Sony has also considered moving the release of the sequel to 2025, as it has done with several productions: until last year, only one Marvel film would have been released this year. Deadpool 3 (Deadpool and Wolverine).

With little information available, the wait for the film happens, in short, for two reasons: the post-credit scene Poison 2 officially brought the franchise into the MCU. Another point is that rumors indicate that Spider-Man in the Venom universe would be played by Andrew Garfield, which means he could be in the next film – the actor also said on another occasion that he would accept the challenge .

Success among the ‘Marvetici’, Poison 2 (Time for carnage) has surpassed the $200 million mark in the United States and has become one of the highest-grossing films since the pandemic. Together with the original film, as of 2018, the productions have raised more than $1.3 billion.
