Two films awarded at the 2024 Oscars arrive in March on Amazon’s streaming service, Prime Video. Anatomy of a fall is scheduled to premiere March 21, and Area of interest will be available from March 31st.
The films will be the latest addition to the catalog that will be available to users who have a Prime subscription.

Both productions are accessible, at no additional cost, in the Prime Video catalogue. They are added to another film that was at the 2024 Oscars and has already entered the streaming catalogue: American fictionfrom director Cord Jefferson, and winner of the Oscar for Best Adapted Screenplay (Cord Jefferson) at this year’s awards.
Anatomy of a fall tells the story of Sandra, a woman who lives isolated in the French Alps with her husband Samuel and their son. When Samuel is found dead, Sandra becomes the prime suspect in the murder. The process turns into a psychological journey through the couple’s troubled relationship. The feature film won the Palme d’Or at the last edition of the Cannes Film Festival.
In Area of interest, Auschwitz commandant Rudolf Höss and his wife struggle to build a bucolic life for their family in a house near a concentration camp. But everything they’ve built is threatened when it’s moved to a new field.
