Over the past six months, Nicolas Cage has expressed confusion about his role as Superman on The Flash, discussed his desire for television and the possibility of leaving the film business. In an interview with Deadline at the SXSW festival this week, he expressed indifference about returning to the comic book genre.
“Will I return to the comic book genre? I guess you should never say never. And I’ll probably always want to play something, but it’s not really in the back of my mind“, he said.
